Review of Purpleparking
I used the meet and greet service at Heathrow London. The service was excellent. The directions to the car park were clear and directions for the reception on my return were easy to follow. At reception I was presented a letter informing me that my car had been scratched while being parked. I contacted. Customer services has requested in the letter.After all the apologies for the accident the service they provided could not be questioned . My car was repaired to my satisfaction with only one phone call and a couple of Emails. The proof of any service is when something goes wrong. I must compliment purple parking on this occasion. I will not h esitate to use them again
