I've ordered 3x from Ikea and Bring was their shipping partner. Somehow, my orders get stuck somewhere and doesn't move for a while. Once the app said that package was on its way and that I would receive it that day. I received it the next day.

Nice looking chairs
The chairs we ordered arrived as scheduled. My husband assembled all 6 with ease. They look nice and comfy enough when sat on. We already received compliments when friends visited the house. One of them said it looked sturdy.

Where is my order???
I ordered a dining table on Nov 16. I only got an email after my purchase saying they have received my order. The email said they will notify me when my order is on its way to be delivered. It’s now Dec 10 and I haven’t heard from them. Not one email. And my order is nowhere in sight. No one is answering their phone either.

Great product but lack of coordination and communication with delivery
The product is excellent. But the shipping isn't. I got an email notification on Sunday to rate my purchase. I still haven't received my order. Monday at 3:57pm I received a text that my order is ready for pick up at the depot. I went right away to get it. Tuesday at 12:20am I received an email from GLS saying there will be a delay on the delivery...
