From the time we checked our bags in, greeted by the red-coated staff, and a fantastic flight with always good service, to a great hotel in the Blue Lagoon Ocean hotel, with private transfers. Altogether a brilliant holiday.

We were not pressurised by the sales person, but he was able to answer our questions knowledgeable to enable us to make our choice.

Back from a lovely trip to Costa Adeje in Tenerife with my lovely wife, sons and their wives, and all the grandchildren. Stayed in a fantastic villa rented from Tenerife Villas Limited.We had a great time at Skylight Villa, Costa Adeje, Tenerife. A clean and well equipped villa. Has a great pool and jacuzzi. Well positioned to be close enough to walk to the town, but situated in a quiet road. Thank you.

It was time to renew our travel insurance and we decided to stick with Rock Insurance. They went through the medical screening for myself and my wife, and the quote was reasonable so we took it out

After initial reservations about the room, it turned into probably one of the best holidays ever.
The reason for this was the fantastic service from the staff at the hotel, who gave their all in making sure we had a good holiday.

I find the Support given by Fashosts really great and supportive. Today's issue was fixed quickly and efficiently by Joyce, and got my website u and running in no time at all.

The order came through on time, and the shorts were of excellent quality. Well pleased.

Our three night trip to Prague was a great experience, given that it had snowed as well. We visited many Christmas Markets, and also the river cruise arranged as an excursion was a brilliant experience. The only downside was we got scammed by one of the local taxi drivers. Recommendation to all travellers to Prague, book a taxi with a reputable company, don't flag one down in the street.

I have been suffering with a blocked ear due to a build up of wax, and my hearing aid provider no longer deals with wax removal, so I popped in to Meadows & Woods in Worle High Street, and met the lovely Claire, who explained the process and cost to me, and an appointment was made.
On the day I was taken through the procedure clearly and precisely and the wax was removed from both ears. Claire provided me with options for the future, and also what to do to prevent build-up of wax. I will certainly be returning to visit the excellent business and may also purchase new hearing aids from them.

We purchased an oak dining table and chairs from the Btistol store. And was given a delivery date. However, a few days later we received an email to say we could receive delivery early, and given a time a week earlier. I was able to change a previous appointment to be in to receive the delivery, but it was a no-show. I phoned customer service the following morning to find out what happened, only to be told it had been delivered, but assured them it had not. They promised to look into it and phone back. Nothing, so phone back, but they still couldn't find out why I had not got the table and chairs. The following day I drove back to the shop and spoke to the assistant who had sold me the product, who promised to phone me back. He did, and told me the whole delivery that night failed to be completed. He would look into it and get them to phone me to reschedule. Nothing! Phoned the shop back, but the assistant had now left for a holiday, but someone would get back to me. Nothing, so I phoned tge shop again, because the customer service line was hopeless. Finally received a call back from an abrupt guy who rearranged delivery, but was only able to upgrade from doorstep delivery, to room of choice. We shall see.
Happy to report that after customer relations got involved the oak table and chairs arrived. It was put together by two lovely delivery guys, who treated our home with the utmost respect.
All's well that ends well!

We were given comprehensive information on the product we were interested in by the sales representative, Andra in Bristol, but there was no pressure from him to buy. He just showed us the product we were interested in, and we had already done our homework online. He went through the product, and when it would and how it could be delivered.

Once again we've booked another holiday with Jet2. We find all the staff amazing and they all contribute to a treat adventure.

Just returned from a great holiday in Zante delivered by Jet2 Airlines. Once again the company surpassed itself with service and value for money. Will be using them again for our next holiday as well!
