Review of National Express
I have used the National Express service from Stockwell to Gatwick on 23rd December. The coach got to Stockwell nearly an hour late. We called CS and at first they didn't have a clue where our coach was or why it was late. Then they said to wait another 5 minutes, which were actually 15.
After waiting for ages in the freezing cold, we weren't even guaranteed a seat. We actually risked not being able to get on the coach - thank God it wasn't already full. On top of that, we were stuck in traffic and got to Gatwick nearly 2 hours late. Never again.

I'm sorry to hear about the delay to your service. Every effort is made to run all services to schedule however, as you've highlighted, traffic can impact on the punctuality of our coaches.
Having tracked your coach, I can see you arrived at Gatwick with a delay of 1 hour and 20 minutes, which is regrettable.
We hope you'll consider giving us another chance in future as such delays are not the norm for services on that route under normal traffic conditions.
