Infinity installed our panels through…

Infinity installed our panels through the sussex solar together initiative. The price was very competitive and the install went totally to plan. One choice I made which I regretted later was not putting netting around the edge to stop birds nesting. We had to do this later but better done in one go!

Terrible customer service

I lost my bank debit card so cancelled it and ordered a new one. During the 5 day window before I received my new card, Lyca failed to take the monthly payment on my old card so cancelled my sim only contract. Their customer services is almost non existent. The chatbot doesn't respond at all and when I called (very hard to get thru and navigate the options) the CS rep told me I had to start a new contract, rather than just updating my details. He told me I'd have to reregister but to do that you need a PUK code found on the packaging with my SIM, which I no longer have. They have taken my new card details and a top up payment, but I have no network access and can't get through to anyone online.
