Living in Northern Ireland. Going back to university in England and night before realised too much stuff. Very easy went online printed my labels. I got my bag picked up the next morning and delivered to my student house two days later. Was able to track so knew roughly when bags would arrive . Much easier than hauling lots of bags through airport and cheaper than paying for an extra bag at the airport.🙂

Product arrived quickly as ordered . Unfortunately boots were too small and had to be returned for a refund. A bit complicated to get refund need to request by email and pay for return postage. Slower perhaps than other companies to refund but then it’s nearly Christmas and we have lockdown so probably busy. Overall happy enough and would use again

Quick delivery of item unfortunately had to return item as not compatible with my tablet. Very good customer service both over telephone and later when returning item to belfast store
