I have bought from Lily O'Brien's on many occasions and have always been impressed with their service. The chocolates have always arrived promptly and in good condition.

My order was placed and paid for on 11th October and was told by Video Game Box that it was on 'back order'. On 22nd October I cancelled and requested a refund. Over 2months later, numerous tickets and emails to which I've had no reply, I'm still waiting for my refund.
