Craig did what he promised and got our internet working again. He also restored our landline, just now waiting for call divert to be removed.

A long call but ………
Spent well over an hour on the phone but delighted to have arranged annual travel insurance for the pair of us. A good price with a decent excess. Kept it down by not insuring clothes ( do not take our Sunday best on hols). Annual was so much better a deal than just a week.
