It was easy reaching this Company by phone and the staff was pleasant and helpful, especially in addressing items not to place in my luggage. I followed instructions carefully, which included itemizing what I was sending back home. I am so glad I took the time to do it because nothing was missing from my luggage when It arrived; kept a printed copy of the items. My luggage was not damaged and at my door on expected date of delivery. I would definitely use Send My Bag again on future travels. They earned my trust.
