Review of Gumtree
I had a couple of items of furniture for sale and after posting on Gumtree, started to get replies. Unfortunately, the first three responders were all time wasters who as it turned out had not intention of buy. Corresponded back and forth with them, giving my address etc only for them fail to turn up. Fortunately, I eventually found a genuine buyer who was a pleasure to deal with. Very frustrating!
Review of Archers Sleepcentre
As newcomers to Glasgow, we were unsure where to go to buy two single guest beds. However having found Archers website online, we visited and were delighted with what we found. Tom was great to talk to and he explained exactly what we wanted and led us through the discount offers in a straightforward way. He was great, treating us like old friends snd apologising for keeping us waiting for a short while when we came back for a second visit to buy the beds we wanted. He was finishing another sale when we arrived but he immediately came over to apologise for not being able to serve us immediately. First class!
