Order my carpet online with the help of my fitter, carpet arrived on the date I requested
Driver extremely helpful, only suggestion I have would be more communication , as once ordered no further communication, I had to ring to confirm my delivery was on the transport for that day, on the day.
Great value on my choice of carpet.

Unfortunately unable to fix the problem also had BT engineer he couldn’t help either
So left with a phone line reception that keeps breaking down since digital voice put in place, plus if there is a power cut and you need emergency 999 this is NOT available
We were u aware of this, we would never agree to having this

Spoke on the telephone but could not order over the phone so unless you have or someone can purchase online I would have had to go elsewhere
