First & last time I will order from…

First & last time I will order from this company, parcel left out in the rain on my dustbin & then terrible problem getting a return picked up. There is no such thing as customer services now a days, Yours just did not want to know or be helpful so I shall not order from them again, I hope they go bankrupt!

would give no stars again if I could

Yet again Evri have failed to pick up a return parcel from me, booked it in for collection a week ago and its still waiting, they are absolutely useless (I had the same problem a couple of weeks ago) I would give no stars for this company if I could, the response from Evri every time is a standard response of empty words. If amazon can get it right all the time I can't see why Evri can't. Being disabled I rely on online shopping and need reliable companies to deliver & collect Evri aren't one of these.

Still not sorted

Instead of replying to these reviews with empty words why don't you actually do something about the problems? Having just had what can only be described as a stupid reply when I've emailed you regarding the return parcel not being picked up, it shows you are not even bothering to read things.

Not impressed

Not only did I have problems with the delivery (it was left out in the rain) but now the parcel for collection to go back hasn't been collected, booked it in for Monday and its now Thursday. Really not a very good first experience of shopping with Yours. I do online shopping because I'm disabled and struggle to leave the house, Yours really should sort out their delivery and collection problems, I'ld asked for the parcel to be put in my porch because of my mobility problems and it was lest outside the property on top of my bins in the rain ( I paid for this!), I'm having to pay for it to be collected again because of mobility issues and I cant drive any more and they have failed me. Not impressed.

Not impressed…

whoever delivered my order needs to be dismissed ( it appears to be Yodel) despite me asking for the parcel to be put in the porch and therefore under cover, it was dumped in the rain on my bins.
Also nearest stores to take items back to are miles away, as my first order with this company so far not impressed.

trying to return an item brought online…

trying to return an item brought online via evri, their chosen delivery company, but the company has failed to pick it up, have emailed the CEO of M&S but getting nowhere with then either. told me to take it back to a store, I'm disabled and don't drive! both companies should be ashamed of themselves.

It beggars belief how useless Evri are

Yesterday the parcel that should have been delivered Monday was delivered, BUT the parcel that has been waiting 8 DAYS for collection was left behind!
The response from Evri is just lies, they do NOT care, I have been told on the 'chat' 3/4 times now that my complaint about the parcel not being collecting is being looked into and someone will contact me within 24 hours, but no one has. When I call the number they tell you to all I get is that the parcel has been delivered when I'm waiting for it to be collected! ABSOLUTELY USELESS

PS I have just called the phone number given again, despite the website saying it will 'connect you to an evri customer service advisor for help' and 'you can record a message' YOU CANNOT, its all false information which surely is contrary to some law in the uk.
PPS Evri reply the same automated one every time, no one is actually reading the reviews nor has anyone responded and the parcel is still waiting to be collected

WHAT IS WRONG WITH THIS COMPANY

Not only have I been waiting a week now for Evri/Hermes to pick up a parcel to return to M&S but today they FAILED to deliver a parcel despite us being in and there being absolutely no reason our end that the delivery couldn't happen. apparently they will try again, they didn't TRY the first time so therefore its not again. Would give 0 stars if I could.
PS in reply to Evri , there appears to be NO WAY of leaving a voice message on that phone number and I'm still waiting for a call back for my other complaint days ago!

Useless collection service

Useless collection service. I booked for a parcel to be returned on Tuesday, it's now late Thursday and it's still waiting in my porch. Tried to use their online 'chat' absolutely useless and got no where so tried the phone line again useless no one to speak to and on pressing 1 to have it investigated it told me they were having technical problems and try again later wasting my time and energy.

Evri's reply shows very parcel does NOT matter as I have tried the things they say and got no where!

Just spent nearly on hour on phone and website again and still not got anywhere, I would give Evri no stars if I could, I'm not well and I'm in tears trying to sort it out they should be ashamed of themselves.

Horrific Experience At The Cobham Branch, Time To Shop Elsewhere.

I had the most horrific experience in the Cobham branch recently, I am not well and have several clear visual as well as hidden side effects to the drugs I take, painful, sore nails being one of them that I am very protective of, yet when shopping for a bunch of flowers that morning a member of staff was totally unaware of me and oblivious to this and pushed right in front of me, bumping my trolly that I use to steady myself, a few minutes later I heard something being said to my back, which I didn't catch, it was her again so I said something to her. She had the nerve to say I was in her way! On asking to speak to the manager as I was by then very upset, it turned out not only was she the duty manager but a 'customer care lead'. The job she was doing was one that should have been done before the store opened but hadn't and she was clearly rushing around trying to get it done.
On emailing the CEO, (the address is on line) as expected he got his 'executive office' to reply with lots of excuses and lack of sincerity, things like it was a 'terrible misunderstanding' and 'miscommunication', I didn't misunderstand a member of Waitrose staff pushing in front of me. They said they would send me a £20 E-voucher, it never arrived, I didn't want their money I wanted to feel safe on entering the shop, I wasn't.
I have shopped here since the store opened in the eighties and it has gone down hill rapidly in the last couple of years and I have exsperinced other bad customer care situations as well as out of date food, rotten fruit, tough meat, the useless loyalty scheme, low stock levels, being unable to buy a single apple or a few grapes despite posters up about food waste and having to look at uncared for and sometimes dead plants on entering the store.
I'm now using Ocado, Sainsbury's, M & S as well as the local independent shops and have told numerous people about my experience as they clearly don't deserve my custom. Shame on them.

would give no stars if I could. delivery instructions were to leave in my porch, the parcel which was food in an insulated box was left on the ground outside my gate/property in the sunshine, they should be ashamed of themselves. I doubt I will buy the produce I had ordered again because of this, despite what I had ordered being lovely.

Wish I'ld read the reviews first.

Brought several products. Shampoo was this so thin it ran of my hand, conditioner was so thick when I put the pump in (it doesn't come pre pumped) I lost a lot of it as it spilled out. Face balm gave me a skin reaction & the soap is not a user friendly shape, had to cut in two. Got lots of excuses from the company, despite saying they would give me a refund on the face balm it took another email before I got it. They seem to want to give you refund rather than you doing a bad review. It's all a shame as I liked the sound of what they were offering but the products didn't live up to expectations plus expensive for what it is.

Firstly, we were pleased to read that you have been enjoying the effects of our haircare. As we mentioned in our response to you, the consistency of our Shampoo is like that because we don't use artificial thickeners. We understand that this may be different to other shampoos. We're not saying this as an excuse (your review above mentioned that we were giving lots of excuses), rather to explain why our shampoo is like this. It's part of why you've been feeling the benefits of it.

In terms of our skin repair balm, it sounds like you might have sensitivity to essential oils? Either that, or it's not right for your facial skin type. We do also suggest using it sparingly as a facial cleansing balm, if that's what you have been using it for (your messages don't say how you've been using it).

In terms of our refund to you for the skin repair balm, we asked you in our message if you would like us to refund you. We didn't hear anything back from you, so we weren't aware you would like the refund that we'd offered. Of course, once you'd messaged to say that you would like us to refund you, we actioned that.

The cost of our products is related to the hand harvested nature of our ingredients, the complexity of our unique manufacturing processes and the quality of our packaging.

We're a little confused in all of this where we've given the impression that we give refunds to avoid negative reviews. We created our 60 day refund policy so that our customers can try our products at home, as we believe that it's hard to know what haircare and skincare products are like without trying them first.

In any case, we hope you continue to enjoy the benefits of our haircare and soap. If you need anything else, just let us know :-)

wish I had read the reviews before ordering! not received my order nearly a week later, they have replied to one of my three emails but it didn't make sense and didn't tell me where my order was. They don't deserve to be in business. It's a shame as the bread was delicious.

Find another garage

I was giving Wilsons a second chance and wish I hadn't bothered, if you are reading this find yourself another garage this one is a 's**t show'. They have no idea what customer service is and on Saturday I had a text saying I have 'pending some maintenance work' phone 01372 736078, had no reply to my text back asking what they were on about so phoned the number four times this morning each time no one answered! They charge £198 an hour for labour. I had problems when buying the car and again with the MOT they don't deserve any business.

Not impressed, I ordered a Clematis napaulensis and at no time did they email to let me know it was out of stock and also begs the question why I could order it if it's out of stock. Instead they are sending Clematis Advent Bells, no where near the same, shame on them, now waiting to see of they are going to refund me! What has happened to customer service, it s non existent these days.

Lovely cottage but,

lovely cottage in a beautiful village but a few niggles, website said 'seaviews' but it was just a glimpse, allocated parking was far more than the stated 5 minutes walk away, a walk that was hilly in places and at a derelict, spooky unkept hotel under a tree that leaked sap all over the car. Garden was up a few steep steps not shown on the website and photos on website must have been taken a while ago.Cornish Horizons had said we needed to vacate the cottage by 10am but the owner wanted us out by 9am!
