What a terrible company. I was charged for a ride I never took. I did my best to find a number to call. There’s literally NO options. So I’m out of money and this company can’t even help me with support. I called the driver line, which is the only number that exist, and the employee told me all I have to do is go on the ap and request a refund. I’ve tried that 7 times now. Do not ever give your money to these people.

Please don’t order from here. I was more than patient. I received multiple emails stating my delivery was postponed. I ordered a clothing item as a gift. After multiple days I was sent an email stating that the item was not available. I get that some times accidents happen but it is was quite some time until I got that email saying it wasn’t in stock. I called the customer service line and the gentleman on the phone was far less than helpful. He blamed it on the distributors and said he can offer me no assistance. I won’t be ordering from here again. Please don’t make the same mistake I did.

Ms. Morey provided excellent service which is why I decided to use your company. I had called 3 other places prior and they all cost about the same but I decided to use your company because of her excellent service! Thanks!
