Awful experience.Firstly shown a car we didn't want, we were enquiring about another, given the wrong information on the brand we wanted financially, our current car which we love was scoffed at as electric, absolutely no interest at all I assume as it was not Ford and a disabity car that was why. My husband went back on his own and again, rude and uninterested, so glad he cancelled the test drive, we have gone elsewhere and the chap is excellent and we can get our Omoda 5 in a May.I would avoid this place.

Absolute con.Bought one bottle £39.95, charged £41 then another £77 processed unauthorised transaction, contacted the company (Sophie) and was asked for a screenshot.Told them I would not be doing that for fear of more unauthorised transactions being taken...since then being ignored...do not buy its a complete con I always research companies and didn't with this one.More fool me.

Very nice easy and polite to use this app, assisted by Jo on WhatsApp and an extremely polite email from Natalie.Seems a great company.

Lots of issues on our special wedding day, totally fobbed off by the company when we complained...nothing addressed really, we don't want 10% off the next trip, hopefully you only get married once, I want to mention that Kevin was polite and helpful on the first step of enquiry no issues with him.

Scam company rip off, £90 taken no delivery of wine day 5 as promised, no refund given despite a very valid reason so we have lost £90...no wine and out of pocket...i looked on the company website and 5 star reviews all over it, so thought they were fine....but ofc the reviews are all fake.

Super company and staff. I travelled 3 hrs each way from Bridlington to Bradford to get my eyes done. So worth the journey.On time for all appts v supportive I can't fault them.The op is pretty grim but v quick...I would advise NOT to watch how it's done beforehand however it's not painful just a bit uncomfortable.. I would highly recommend them and it's the only coffee machine in the world that's decent! 😃

Please don't use this company I am finding more and more damaged items as I go through things and double check.

Just had a letter through the post advising me that I've not adhered to the car park terms and conditions...so be warned everyone that if you are a genuine customer and get your shopping and then want to nip to the post office...you can't! I've contacted Aldi in Bridlington and they tell me that my car has to be registered with them to shop there apparently nobody does this.Too confusing and to solve the problem I just won't shop there.Simple

Company are a scam don't use them etickets never received so I had to pay again for my travel yesterday.Disputed with bank new card ordered.

Smooth running from start to finish, blinds are lovely Rob attentive and caring with putting them up, look lovely, great price, v happy customer, would def recommend these guys.

Pretty upset actually as I bought a sofa, changed my mind and they haven't refunded my money £1200 owed and my bank has started a dispute now.Dont get me wrong it was a lovely sofa...just be careful as you have to fight to get your money back...

Faithfully promised by the chap at Morrisons that I would never pay more than £50....gut feeling it wouldn't work out but stupidly decided to give it a chance. First 2 payments £50.62 then they've decided that they want £365 instead... I am not paying the bill.... I have started a resolver case and will take it further if I have to. I am one person in a small place being charged more than a family of five...absolutely awful. They kept asking for a meter reading which is not needed with a smart meter so either I am being ripped off by at least 10 companies I have tried or someone's using my electric! Just to update on this I had my bills wiped and my resolver case is now closed.

Never again to St Albans. Always treated like a criminal at the till. Regular shopper in there they know me yet insist sometimes on bags being emptied (this means I have to unpack and repack many bags) ... Depending on the staff as sometimes it's fine sometimes it's not. I am not going to be punished just because people choose to steal all the time... I don't steal yet I get questioned... Depending on who's working. I shop in a different store that has loads of theft and I don't have this problem. Caroline (manager) has been lovely and ordered veg in for me especially in the past.If I mention her name I get cut down in a split second. Horrible staff member yesterday who clearly was having a bad day... There are at least 3 staff members in there that have said I don't need to worry because we know you... No problem at any other stores wether Aldi morrisons etc and all the nice staff members seem to have left sadly.My point is don't punish honest people because others ruin it.

Absolutely do not recommend them. I just had a chunk of money taken out and when disputed they refused to refund it due to their website payments system becoming stuck. I have had to go through my credit card disputes to claim money back. I have deleted their app.

V easy to enter and clear and the properties are amazingband ibam relocating there so why wouldn't I use them.

Very easy to use the websight and lots of choices and options available, plenty of offers and variety, a very good website to use.

Great company fantastic prices not a rip off.Based on your mileage not your car for their insurance so it's extremely fair and you will save money.Email is the quickest form of contact always prompt and polite lovely replies.I am always telling people about them they are not greedy like Admiral.

What a lovely company to work for.They are very supportive and flexible wether it's personal or work.I love the fact that you can choose your area / clients / work pattern / hours...they are refreshingly accommodating.Even when clients find fault (even if you do a thorough fantastic job and worked hard all you cleaners out there will know you cannot win at times no matter what you do) they will support you 100%! I cannot recommend them enough.And it's good hourly pay also.No weekends.Amy and Sam (Hertfordshire) you are the best!

I have contacted freeads several times about a seller that kept my deposit of £95.Tried in vain to get the money back.She was apparently banned and now back on their selling.I have been completely ignored by the team this time round....so don't expect to get your money back or any help from them.
