Great experience choosing and buying on line as a present for an old friend, and I actually got to eat one of the pies. I have to say I was slightly disappointed they seemed a little dry, and not very special compared to the biscuits I usually buy as presents. They did look beautiful and the packing was secure.

Easy ordering and arrived quickly.
Loved the sweater and little scarf but the long sleeved tee shirt was a bit too stretchy to wear by itself but will use it under other things things.
All their clothes are of the very best style and quality, I’ve been a customer since they started up. Love them!

I was disappointed in the fabric of the two pairs of loose trousers I ordered one pair was much too short and the next pair was much too long. When I finally got my refund for both pairs of trousers I realised that the whole experience had actually cost me quite a lot of money. I shan’t bother ordering anything else from cotton traders.

I love this company, and I expect things are not happening quite as they should at the moment. My order from 3rd April still not arrived, yet things I ordered later came quite quickly. I shall keep the faith, nothing is easy at the moment.

It’s never easy getting travel insurance when you are aging and have ailments, but Staysure were very patient and helpful, taking me through the tedious questions for both of us. We got there in the end and it seemed quite reasonable cost wise!
