Excellent quality and service.

I have just taken delivery of 2 large bags, o e top soil and one compost. This is my second order in 2 months, on both occasions Springbridge have been first rate. Quality of product is excellent, but the order and delivery process, and friendly and helpful delivery staff, makes the overall experience excellent. They seem to do everything they can to make it a smooth process, which these days so few companies seem to do. A very happy customer! 👍

Great communication and Service

Great communication, including tracking to see how many deliveries to go before mine, so I didn’t have to wait in for ages. Also very friendly delivery man. Items (glass) handled with care

Poor delivery experience

Very happy with the club, but issues with DHL delivery. Waited in all day, tracked the driver and 5 minutes before delivery due (just after they said it was due in 15 mins) delivery was cancelled. I contacted DHL but they would not give a reason. I have upped the rating by 1* as the seller has given me an explanation for the DHL issue - I would certainly use Golfclubs4cash again!

Hi Ted, I apologise for the inconvienience. We have discussed our concerns with our delivery partner and it seems they overstretched themselves over the last couple of months absorbing the additional workload due to the postal strike. They have reassured us that they are upskilling and resourcing as quickly as they can to provide a more robust service. I only hope you will give us another chance to test them. Regards John

I have just had both a glasses and contact lens test at Tesco, Purley. Very professional, but also so friendly. Two pairs of glasses and a supply of lenses later, I was very happy with every aspect of the service.
