Box arrived totally broken. Given it was a high value parcel the lack of care for it was horrific!!
Driver didn't seem that bothered by the state of it either

Thankfully we have a great local courier in Jess. Parcels always delivered on time and intact. Leaves in our safe place if needed and she is super lovely 🙂

Dwv were assigned by our alloy insurance policy to repair our wheel.
We had a lovely guy called Tom, extremely polite and helpful. Also very clean and tidy with his workmanship. Carried out the work to an exceptional standard. It certainly looks like a new wheel! Very impressed at the end result. Feel confident should we ever have to make another claim.

Absolutely horrific! Paid for next day delivery yet again. I was told they had problems accessing the property on paid day of delivery. There was no issue!!! Delivery was NEVER attempted!!! Parcel was delivered the next day missing the said paid for next day delivery. Shambles of a company!!!! Needs shutting down!!!!!! The delivery driver has so many parcels cramed into her tiny car it takes her ages to find the actual parcel needed!!!

Parcel didn't arrive on specified date. I paid extra for next day delivery! Courier said they couldn't deliver to me as no one was in. I have a ring door bell yet no one attempted to deliver to me!! Delivered the next day, parcels were too late. Courier just left them on door step and not in designated saved safe place. Horrendous company!! Avoid like the plague!!! I won't be shopping with any company that uses them in the future

Ordered some brown rope for my Grandads project. Arrived very promptly, well packaged, cheaper than on other websites and very good quality rope. Over all my grandad was happy and would recommend and happily purchase again.

Ordered on Thursday afternoon a spare piece of glass for our oven. Arrived Wednesday afternoon on standard delivery. Updates from the company are non existent. I did read a lot of extremely poor reviews and started to worry. I tried to call customer service and got no luck, kept ringing and going to an elusive voicemail. However I did get a call back almost instantly. Which I sadly missed. I left another and got another call in about half an hour. During this time my item had arrived. Packaging was good and was delivered via a courier. I would buy again but would prefer updates along the way as to where my order is just for piece of mind.

Unfortunately another recall from bmw on my 2nd car. Top service all round, also cleaned my car! Got a courtesy car for the inconvience. Would highly recommend Ipswich Cooper branch. Lovely follow up phonecall from Laura the next day!!
