Shocking customer service over a month…
Shocking customer service over a month of them sending me round in circles regarding the fault that occurred as a result of the heatwave in June. At the end I had to ask if the return authorisation was going to be an out of warranty repair or not as that had been an original question. They said no. When questioned why they had done an out of warranty repair on my partners camera last year, again hers was outwith warranty the reply was that her claim was accepted because the battery caused her issue. They seem to make it up as they go. Maybe if I was female I would have got mine repaired under warranty!
