Disappointed at the low level of after sales. Very difficult to contact as no phone or chat online available. I have filled out the online form twice to query my missing order but no one responds. Shame really as they send hundreds of emails to try and get you to buy!!!!

A company that actively cold calls for business only to mess people around and lie about what they can and can’t do. Waited and waited for a bin for a business, after completing all paperwork only to be let down after two weeks of pointless chasing up. Why bother in the first place if you can’t even do what you say you can ? Embarrassing

Easy warranty to buy, extremely difficult to claim and then told items are not covered after being sold that they are on platinum cover. Also a shame they don’t tell you up front that it takes 48 hours to get a decision on approval. Meanwhile my vehicle sits in the garage waiting, bit frustrating to say the least.

Well I only wish I had read reviews prior to purchasing a shower door and side panel from this outfit. Zero customer care, disconnected land line for customer support and business address in different city! We ended up throwing the screen in one of the skips on site as we had spent far too long trying to get any help from these people. Non existent instructions with screens and metal trims that were the wrong size which made us question how correct it was as a complete unit. (It wasn’t).
Do yourself a favour and buy elsewhere.
You have been warned !!!!

The service I received was very professional and friendly, offering plenty of useful advice and guidance to make the eventual purchase a positive experience.

I rang and emailed several similar companies before coming across these guys. What a breath of fresh air. Firstly they actually answer the phone, made even better by a bright, friendly voice on the end of the line. Discussed delivery proceedings and informed me of their comprehensive system informing me when it would arrive and a tracking number. When it did arrive, which was exactly when they said, two polite delivery drivers checked it was correct address then continued to bring the table tennis table into the house. Very very happy indeed. Great service is not rocket science but rarely nailed like these people.
