Had a tech issue after I requested a withdrawal and was locked out of my account along with no withdrawal getting processed. After 2 weeks and a few emails back and forth I did receive my withdrawal took 2 weeks. I do genuinely believe they have had some system errors and meant slow processing and responses to queries, hence the 3 stars as use other gaming sites that usually in my account within a few days.
