We have just signed up with Zen after reading the WHICH report on internet providers. Easy to contact and our whole experience was handled brilliantly by Susan Calladine who always responded to any message I left her. Setting up the internet was straightforward and speeds are excellent.

I ordered over £200 of plants and garden planters on 14th April.
I heard nothing but was continually sent standard emails to apologise for delays..eventually after weeks got a packet of seeds, then another few weeks got my planters then eventually left on my doorstep in the heat, a plastic packet of yellowed chard...Tiny plants which have never recovered and now it’s mid June and I still have not received my £15 shrub, despite my emails to Sutton’s. I have not had a personal email to explain about my dead plants OR as to the whereabouts of my shrub. I have to say it’s been an abysmal experience, not impressed and I will never use them again .. maybe a refund would be nice for my dying chard plants and missing shrub would be a start!

A really very good experience for us. From the beginning the whole process was professional and simple. We were very happy to write up the bullet points and opening paragraphs for our property sale and preferred to do our own viewings and thus retain a little control over the sale. The property was on the rightmove website very swiftly and there were no onerous contracts and a very simple fee structure. The quality of the applicants and the process to make and deal with viewings and feedback was really excellent. We had three offers fairly rapidly. Most importantly, we were not put under pressure to accept any offers and not once did we feel there was any 'hard sell' situation. We were really impressed with the whole team particularly with Ryan who always returned our calls and gave us the relevant information when requested, even at weekends! Most importantly their fees are very reasonable.the solicitors were also extremely professional and well priced.
