Very Professional.

We have been visiting and emailing the Carmarthen branch for a few months organising our holiday for 2026. The staff (especially Liam) have been very patient and professional throughout the process. Many times we have asked for adjustments to be made and each time this has been done to our satisfaction. The whole team in Carmarthen are polite, professional and friendly providing an excellent level of service. Thank you Hays Travel, Carmarthen.

Avoid!!

Ordered online, paid via PayPal and waited for notification of order being shipped... heard nothing. I emailed one week later and had no response. I contacted PayPal putting a dispute in place. Thankfully, PayPal refunded my purchase the same day. I can only conclude PayPal has had many disputes raised about Costco. Avoid at all costs or risk losing money.

Review of Tower

Warranty!

Back in 2022, I purchased three frying pans. The sizes purchased was 20, 25 and 29 centimeters. The smaller two of the three were showing signs of bubbling and flaking of the inside coatings. The utensils used when cooking with these pans are wooden and not metal, plus all three pans are washed by hand in soapy water.

I am aware these pans have a 10 year warranty on them, so I contacted Tower and informed them of the above and stated that I did not have the receipt and did not register the items when purchased. As a consequence, Tower has refused to assist me with this issue, despite the pans are obviously flawed. The pans are of no use to me and I therefore sent them back via the postal service to Tower along with copies of the correspondence between us. I'm still waiting to hear from them, but suspect I will hear nothing.

There are plenty of pans on the market and I will choose carefully my next purchases.

I was sorry to learn of the rare issue with your Pan Set.

Our products are supported by a fixed 1 year warranty - we also offer our customers the opportunity to extend the term of their warranty free of charge through a registration process.

In the rare event that a customer makes a warranty claim we do ask for certain supporting information which includes a proof of purchase as well as the extended warranty registration.

It was disappointing that you could not provide this supporting information to continue with your warranty claim.

I was surprised to learn that you chose to return your Pan Set to Tower - our warehouse team only accept authorised and agreed customer returns - any unauthorised parcels being received would be destroyed.

It only leaves me to apologise that we were unable to proceed with your warranty claim as a result of your missing information.

I've always had a good service in ordering and receiving mail orders. The website can be difficult at times to find items of interest, but with perseverance, I get there. I had signed up to receive email alerts of new coins for collection and failed to receive any updates, but since reorganising email updates they're now coming through.

An excellent company…

An excellent company to have purchased from. I made an enquiry using Camperflash' online message system for a part for my motorhome 12 volt electrical system. Within a day I had a response and was provided with the details of the required part. I made an online purchase and despite coming from Italy to the UK via courier, I received the part 3 days earlier and within 4 working days. Not only was the process made painless by Camperflash it was less expensive than the Italian manufacturer and a LOT more so than UK companies. I would definitely recommend Camperflash and although in Italy, their service from start to finish is exemplary. Thank you.

Great Product. Poor Service.

The order of a motorhome cover via Leisure Outlet seemed straightforward enough on the website. We made the order, paid online and had a confirmation email of the order. Later, we had another email stating the delivery method and to contact Leisure Outlet should it not arrive within 4 working days, it was important to let them know or it could get lost in transit. It didn't arrive in the allotted timeframe, so we made the call only to be told it hadn't been sent because the colour wanted, green, was not available until November! When asked why we were not informed the response was due to a technical error. So we asked for a grey cover and was told it would be dispatched that day on Next Day Delivery. We stayed in the next day and again, no delivery!? We called the following day to be told it had been delivered, but another would be sent out (it seemed obvious it had not yet left their warehouse)? We were told we would receive an email of confirmation, which didn't arrive. We called later in the day to be told that the motorhome cover would be sent out on next day delivery and an email of confirmation would be sent out by 5.00pm. The email didn't arrive... we called the following day and was assured it had been dispatched; the cover did arrive the following day. The box was damaged and the delivery driver asked us to check the content for damage due to the condition of the packaging. It was all in good condition, but lacked any instructions, no delivery note or invoice, just one very damaged nondescript box. Not the best service we have had, but the product is excellent. Well done to the manufacturer for this.

Great Service!

The service and continuous updates is brilliant. The estimated date for delivery was met and the blinds look great. The colour is exact too. One small downside, the measurements given by me was for the blind, I.e. the material. The finished articles though, included the side fixtures/mechanism in 24/7 sizing, meaning their measurements created a wider side gap.

Would definitely recommend.

Excellent service from order to delivery and inbetween, whereby we were updated on our order. The blinds are wonderful, using quality materials and provided with all the mechanism and fixtures required to operate each one. If there is one point we would raise that would be the lack of any installation instructions.

Very Professional… alround

2 weeks ago we visited the Crosshands Leekes store with the intention of purchasing garden furniture. This section of the store was very busy and the staff stretched. However, an assistant from another section assisted us until a member from the garden furniture section became available. Ordering was easy and the help and guidance of the assistant was considerate of our needs and at all times professional. Due to the size and amount of garden furniture bought we decided to opt for home delivery. Today, we had our Kettler garden furniture delivered by Matt & Chris (Van #1). We received a text and an email prior to the delivery day informing us of our delivery and on the day we received a telephone call from Matt and Chris giving us a time slot of arrival. They arrived in the time slot and placed the furniture exactly where we wanted it. At all times they were both covid compliant and maintained a safe distance. Both were polite and professional at all times. Thank you.
