This is the worst business I have ever…

This is the worst business I have ever dealt with, and I am in my 80's. They charged well over £700 to replace about 12 inches of outdoor plastic piping that they said was blocked and stopping water draining from our boiler. I saw no such blockage and the problem persists. They claimed to be subcontractors for Dyno Rod, which I am currently checking out, as I doubt that claim. Work took about an hour and there were hardly any materials involved. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

Difficult to contact and get the work undertaken

The engineers were excellent, however the process to get an engineer was awful. Had to wait a considerable time at have the phone answered on the both occasions I had to call for help. I tried the on- line assistant, who must have been turned off. Also tried WhatsApp, but without success. When I managed to talk to someone, I had to try very hard for them to treat it as urgent, even though I have been paying for the service for almost ten years. The eventual outcome was satisfactory, otherwise, a complete shambles.

I needed a new garden tap. Within a hour of my putting in a request, I was contacted by a plumber, and the job was completed within the hour at a reasonable price.

I only wanted a lens cleaner

I only wanted a lens cleaner, but they wanted my full details, name, etc., to put on their system. Also asked if they had a bigger bottle. Said that's the only one they have stocked. We've been buying the bigger ones there for 20 years or more!

Great product!

To be honest, it took the two of us a while to work out how to put some of the pieces together as the instructions could have been better. Once we got used to it, the other two units were assembled more easily. It does need two persons to put the units together, and each one takes about two hours.The final result is great. The units are sturdy and look great. Highly recommended!

Good and Not So Good.

The mechanic arrived in good time and managed to fix my car. However, it took ages to speak to a person, when I phoned. There are too many messages one has to listen to, before being put in touch with an operator.
