Low price, low quality made they made mistake with my order and the one i had ordered run out so had to go for one i didn't like because it was what was available.

I like the idea of saving together and you are drawn. The reason I give 3 stars is the charges are high so in the end you lose some money.

We'd love to offer our product for free but unfortunately we do have to charge fees to cover the cost of providing a service to our Members. We use the fees to cover the cost of reporting to the credit bureau , risk mitigation for Members, providing Members with great deals and running the Membership Team who are here to support and help you on the journey. Our philosophy is not to profit from these fees but to cover the cost of delivering a great service to our Members.

Ordered through deliveroo for…
Ordered through deliveroo for collection and my order was sent to a different restaurant 80 miles away and when I called to cancel they said they could not do anything I just need to pick it up. That is £82 gone with no refund or apology.
Never to use again.

Worst delivery company
Worst delivery app. does not past or update and the company its self is like the app, does not update. Was expecting a delivery yesterday but have not yet received it and still the app and company say out for delivery today. Company first thing is give you driver's number who doesn't reply.

Worst delivery and customer service company
Had a delivery and the could not find address. Kept me waiting all day. Called the at about 5pm yet my delivery was due before 4pm and they said it was on its way. No call or any contact and they said they had try but could not find the address. Call centre staff not helpful at all. Would never use again.

Not as expected
Glasses took too long to arrive and only told the day the were arriving.
Quality is not that good for the price i could have got better.

We're sorry to hear that you are not happy with the quality of the glasses, or the length of time they took.
Extra thin lenses with Transitions normally take between 10-14 days to complete, which is about twice the length of time less complicated lenses due to the number of stages involved in their manufacture. Your lenses took 12 days to complete, but we're sorry that we weren't able to provide an accurate delivery time when you placed the order.
Similar standard glasses from a High Street optician would have cost around £100 more than we charge, but if you would like to return the glasses to be exchanged or refunded please let us know and we'll be pleased to help.
