Not as expected
Glasses took too long to arrive and only told the day the were arriving.
Quality is not that good for the price i could have got better.

We're sorry to hear that you are not happy with the quality of the glasses, or the length of time they took.
Extra thin lenses with Transitions normally take between 10-14 days to complete, which is about twice the length of time less complicated lenses due to the number of stages involved in their manufacture. Your lenses took 12 days to complete, but we're sorry that we weren't able to provide an accurate delivery time when you placed the order.
Similar standard glasses from a High Street optician would have cost around £100 more than we charge, but if you would like to return the glasses to be exchanged or refunded please let us know and we'll be pleased to help.
