Chord Genie is a game changer for me as I'm a singer and don't play keys very little, so this bad boy has given me inspiration with pro sounding chords, good functionality and able to configure midi notes to my liking. Having so much fun with it, possibilities are endless.

I was able to see the progress of the repair which was very helpful. The work was to a very high standard and I am very pleased with the end result. My only annoyance was after disconnecting my battery, the rear seats was not fixed in place, had to call and they came and done it straight-away. Also, it was stated that the repair was being done at Acton branch but when I went to pick up the car it was in Parivale, so had to wait for them to deliver it to Acton branch.

I bought a Kenneth Cole watch from Watches2U, and I must say, the service, delivery and packaging was excellent, I got next day delivery which was very unexpected, absolutely love the watch. I had bought one before, but I did not like it, the return process was so easy and the support team got back to me very quickly, too. This company is a Joke, had two parcels in a few weeks of each other both with issues, the first one was stated as in stock but it wasn't, after 4 days of no confirmation of dispatch I called and they said the item was not in stock, yet they took my money, I was so frustrated that I asked for a refund, which they gave. The second item, as of the 3rd of July I'm still waiting called up on 11th, they told me of issues with UPS so now DPD are dealing with it now but they have no tracking information, so neither the sender nor me the receiver have a clue where or when this parcel will arrive, I told them this is totally unacceptable and how do they expect me to know when this parcel will arrive, they said it should be with me by end of the week, I said how are you using a courier that can not give them any tracking information is said DPD will send me one but I'm still waiting. They are a Joke of a company I will close my account and deal with companies like Thomann, Gear4music, and Studio Care, instead, Bax prices are good but would rather pay a little more and get decent level of customer service!!

I made a purchase from Scan on Saturday and I must say I'm very pleased with the level of service and efficiency, my item came the next working day the DPD service had very good tracking communication and my item came very well packaged and in mint condition. My first purchase with Scan and we'll pleased. 💯👌🏽

While I was not happy with my renewal quote Troy from Marshmallow, Troy was very helpful and paitent in trying to get me a better quote, unfortunately he was not successful but was very helpful and pleasant in trying. Thanks Troy 👍🏽
