Parts well described on the website - I needed dimensions and brands that the kit would fit, and a good image. So many websites don't have enough info to make the decision. As soon as I saw the part and read the details I knew it was the right one. Order 11am Thursday. Delivered 11am Friday. Fitted same day - delighted customer.

We have purchased a MyoMaster Ice Bath, Myo Chill and the oxygenator in the past 18 months and love the product. We've had a few issues with the MyoChill and oxygenators, and Rachelle at Customer Service has been 5-star. Quick responses (over the weekend!), easy dialogue and suitable fixes completed rapidly. Good company to deal with and great products.

Third boot liner from Simplycarmats and another excellent product/service. Have now bought liners for Volvo XC90, Tesla Model Y and Volvo XC60 and they are excellent because the attention to detail in the design is so good. I also like the way they check the order by requesting photos before processing to make sure there are no crossed wires.

We bought the MyoFreeze and MyoChill bundle earlier this year ( March 2024) being the MyoPro Ice Bath and Chiller. We added the MyoZone oxygenator, which significantly reduced the water change cycle. The products are excellent. We are both 59 and active exercisers - my wife uses them daily, and I use them after every workout (three times a week) and we feel fantastic for the rest of the day! High quality, well made product. The MyoZone was replaced immediately when it stopped working. Can't recommend them highly enough.

Bought a Ralph Lauren polo shirt. Wore it once - found two holes in the back. Sent it back. Refused a refund. I understand the no wear no wash rule but they sold me a shirt with holes in it that they can’t resell. Disappointing. Will never use them again.

Ordered a £22 keyring after Facebook advert. Confirmation email immediately then nothing for a week. 2 emails ignored. I’m done with Facebook purchases - too many scams. Steer clear. It finally arrived a month later - box worth more than the badly engraved piece of metal masquerading as a gift. So poor couldn’t give as a gift.

Contacted Gigaclear by email to learn more about my long term contract costs and options. A customer service rep called and offered a new package. Quick, concise, clear. Called back at the time agreed when I had to drop off call 1. Good service.

Need to organise a long weekend for 6 golfers around Bath. Found Golf South West and they delivered. Hotel, courses all booked for a very sensible budget.

Fourth successful order from Snainton - Bushnell Rangefinder - first one arrived and couldn’t get it to find the flag - sent it back and received replacement in 24 hours which works a treat. Good Comms and speed.

Ordered three grey mats - they arrived and they are light blue - they are like off cuts from a larger, cheap, thin pile carpet- completely useless for my purpose. Customer service will not refund. Stay well clear.
