Sales assistant was so professional and helpful.
Took the time to advise things on the furniture that we hadn't really noticed.
Also advised on the protection available for stain guard etc

Had a first class experience

Had a first class experience. I have never felt as comfortable when buying a car before. The whole experience was perfect.and everything fully explained at every step of the process.
Met a few different people during my purchase but my sales assistant was so professional and polite. She is a credit to Motorpoint.

I'm sorry to read about your recent experience with us.

Having looked at the notes on the order, I can see that originally your order was delivered, although you didn't like the model you had ordered. We arranged a date to exchange this item for a different model, however due to a problem on the order, it did not go across to the warehouse for dispatch.

We don't like letting any customers down and I'm sorry that we did on this occasion.

I'm sorry for any inconvenience caused.
