Fast and easy delivery so 5 stars.. got the draught excluder tape...12.99, but unfortunately the sticky was not terribly sticky, and having to replace part of it every 3 days really.
It also pulls the paint off the doors too. So 2 stars for that.
Great idea, but needs a revisit maybe.
Won't stop me coming back to you as I've had other stuff which has been v. good.

Always consistent in a good way

Ordered a hoover vacuum cleaner. Paid. DPD said they could not find my house...but they have been plenty times before. It was snowing a little so maybe they gave up. DPD returned the cleaner to Hoover Direct but they would not redeliver but gave no reason. An agent, Kalina, would not budge on the matter, but no reason. She just said I'd get a refund. But, i wanted the goods not a refund. She said not possible. No reason. Asked for the Manager, but Kalina said I'd need to go through her. Really? So...very bad experience and i have not got any money back to date. Though early days. I got the link through the Martin Lewis website and I hope they read what has happened here as Hoover Direct has been obstructive and, demonstrating poor customer service. Though it was definitely no fault of the MoneyExpert site.!

I bought small side tables and bright cushion covers and love them. Well made, good price as in the sale and a bit different from the norm. Staff great at the Ecclesall Road branch in Sheffield. So, on you go...give it a whirl.

I loved the birthday sale! Lovely shop to go into on Ecclesall Road in Sheffield. The staff looked after my lovely sheepdog, Meg, whilst I looked around . Most shops don't let our canine friends in, but she was made so welcome.

I am selling my home and it's been a good experience so far. I have a really supportive and attentive new property expert, Nathan , who checks in and makes sure all's well. This is incredibly important as it can get a bit stressful if this doesn't happen. I also find the online customer care staff good too...and if they don't have the answers they've gone all out to get them. I'm pretty happy 🤗
