My wife is in tears because of what Wideroe has done.
I ordered tickets and after purchase, a pop up - then - advertised the cheaper option. The airline told us to cancel the ticket and buy at the cheaper price. We cancelled. The price went up by £200. With ill informed online chat and no phone number the situation is unresolved and we have had to cancel our Holiday. My wife is in tears. My children are disappointed. The cousins don't get to see the family this year.
If you can avoid Wideroe, you can avoid this abysmal lack of customer care.
