Incredibly quick delivery as always!
The best way to try more expensive perfumes at a fraction of the cost, and the smaller bottles are perfect for travel, handbags etc.

One of the items I ordered; a dress, arrived smelling strongly of stale cigarettes. This is obviously really unpleasant, but made worse by the fact it’s a hand wash only dress. I had no issue with the other items delivered, and they arrived in excellent time.

Excellent and fast service. Love the packaging & the thoughtful extra of the mars bar & perfume sprayed in the box!

Delivery took far longer than expected or advised. Instead of contacting me to let me know there would be a delay, I heard nothing. I emailed, tweeted and eventually called (twice!) your customer service & got one stock reply that was also sent to about 50 other people (all of whom had their email addresses included in the email, as was mine) with little information. Eventually my package arrived, only a couple of days before Christmas. I received no apology for the delay or for the frankly, appalling customer service. I can understand and appreciate difficulty with deliveries into the store that are then sent out but there's really no excuse for poor customer service & there's plenty of other good quality, Irish-owned pharmacies selling great brands at good prices. I haven't shopped in Cara Pharmacy since and I won't be shopping there again.
