We had a gender scan yesterday in Lincoln with S.Nijar and Michelle on reception. They both made it such a special experience. The scan and all the pictures and videos are great value for money, would 100 % recommend if thinking about having a gender scan with ultrasound direct
Sent me the wrong item bought a bag and sent random dirty flip flops. Complained and told to return it myself then sent receipt for proof before they will send correct item which is needed for next Saturday. When you work all week and don't have the time to be going to shops hence when I ordered online. Will not order from plt again. Waste of money and now have to pay another decent company next day delivery so a bag will arrive in time.

Hi Bethany, Thank you for this review, I'm sorry to hear an incorrect item was received on your order. Although this certainly isn't a regular occurrence with our orders, when it happens, we do ask for the item received to be returned to us before we are able to have the correct item resent.
I understand when you work all week, finding the time to go to the shop to return something is not ideal but we do offer a various return methods and I do hope one of these causes minimal inconvenience. Rest assured, once the incorrect item you received is returned, if you let our customer service team know, they will be happy to have this order resent or refunded for you.
Lovely service. Ladies came straight offer to help me and informed me a needed an eye test and got in me later that day. Was informed I could do with some prescription glasses. I told them I wanted to pay at little as possible really. Spent £68 (with some blue light card vouchers) on my eye test, glasses plus the extra features such as anti glare and blue tinged for light sensitivity. Was impressed with the whole service at vision express. Thank you :)!

Awful company. Given one price and accepted contract. For the sake of a mere three months wrong of how long I held my license they increased my monthly payments by £7 a month (a lot of money for a student) so I'm now stuck paying a price I'm unhappy with as they wouldn't cancel the policy even though I am unhappy and cannot afford the new price without me paying £150 cancellation fee. Would never use again

Time and time again you order stuff online on go outdoors to get an email next day to say it's out of stock and you'll get your money back in a week yet you check their website for same item and still doesn't say out of stock. Won't be ordering offline again happened to so many people I know time and time again. Disappointing as I love their products and think it's reasonably priced too.
