New scanning system has ruined security. Queues take forever since they made the change to full body scanning every single person. Zero benefits to this change.

Bought a whole new en suite. They delivered the wrong components at first attempt. Then a few weeks later arrived with what was supposed to be the replacement items only for these to be wrong also. Spent days trying to get through to customer service via email and phone, at one point they even hung up the phone on my while I was on hold. Disgraceful company horrible treatment of customers.
UPDATE: Tried to placate me with an offer of a free mirror almost 5 weeks ago. Still not even a dispatch notification for this. If anything my opinion of this company has gotten worse. Not worth risking your sanity, avoid at all costs.

Great support for an online company but bad delivery experience.
The order process was reassuringly followed up with a phone call to check everything was correct. However, the delivery experience was not good: I received less than 24 hours' notice of the delivery, after waiting weeks due to the long lead time, and was only given an 8 hour time slot so had to take a full day off work. Furthermore the tracking information gave me incorrect tracking, telling me my package was in a completely different location to where they said it was when I phoned up. Then I discovered part of my delivery was mixed up with someone else's but they resolved this with minimal hassle. Granted this is probably more of a review of TNT but California Shutters should realise choosing the wrong delivery company reflects badly on them too.

Bought a radiator in the sale. Great value. Online customer service chat is good. Only downside is the delivery instructions did not match my actual experience (i.e. I was not contacted by courier to agree a day, as explained in Victorian Plumbing's video, merely told by text they were coming about 12 hours in advance)

Excellent range, great prices, cheap delivery. Website is easy to use and a free bag of sweets with every order is a bonus.
