OK’ish

OK’ish. Text use is poor as it requires constant resetting. Plus glitch that alters photo compilation if you do not finish in one go and go back in to do updates.

Album is excellent, however ...

Album is excellent, however actually finalising it when working on an iPad always seems to throw up a hitch (this time you could not select a different delivery address to billing address), so you phone customer care who as always sort the issue out.

Not bad.

Would be far more helpful if you could switch “type” of album (paper type not size) as you prepare an album

Thank you for taking the time to provide your feedback.

I can see from your order details that you have used the mobile app to create your CEWE Photobook and we are hopefully looking at introducing this option at some point in future.

We actually do have this feature in our full package - the offline desktop software. This allows you to change the type of book once you have already started a project.

The option can be found in the bottom right corner by clicking on the change product details tab. You can then access a pop up menu where you can change the cover , paper and also book type.

Product itself is excellent

Product itself is excellent.

Only slight reservation (and not sure what Complete Care Shop can do about this) is the time Royal Mail took to deliver - they mishandled and it went via 3 sorting offices (incorrectly) and arrived late
