ALMOST KILLED BY TWO HUGE COMPANY CALLED GREAT BEAR, LORRYS RACING DOWN NEW CHESTER ROAD

I AM SHOCKED WITH THE GREAT BEAR LORRY'S AT 2AM ON THE 21ST OF SEPTEMBER 2016 DOWN NEW CHESTER ROAD IN BROMBOROUGH ,WHEN 2 OF THOSE LORRY'S RIGHT NEXT TO EACH OTHER WAS RACING AT INCREDIBLE SPEEDS ,THEY DID NOT SEE ME AND ALMOST KILLED ME, I HAD TO DRIVE DOWN A OFF ROAD THAT PUSHED ME INTO A DITCH OTHERWISE I WOULD OF BEEN SQUASHED LIKE TIN OF SARDINES ,I AM HORRIFIED EVEN TO THIS DAY WHAT HAPPENED TO ME AND MY CAR,DID THEY STOP TO SEE IF I WAS OKAY ,NO!!!!,THEY CARRIED ON RACING ,WHO ARE THESE MURDERERS DRIVERS THAT ALMOST KILLED ME.I HAVE BEEN IN SHOCK FOR THE LAST FEW WEEKS AND ONLY NOW COME OUT OF THE SHOCK.

LUCKILY I HAVE THE WHOLE THING ON MY CAR CAMERA RECORDER.

CEX BUYERS PLEASE READ THIS BEFORE YOU MAKE A PURCHASE .

NOW TV WRONG MODEL,CEX

SENDING WRONG REPLACEMENT BECAUSE YOU SENT THE WRONG ITEM THE FIRST TIME AROUND AND THEN REPLACEMENT IS ALSO WRONG.


THIS HAS NOW BEEN TO MANY TIMES CEX SENDING ME THE WRONG MODEL ,I SENT CEX PICTURES BY EMAIL AND MODEL NUMBER AND LINKS TO HELP THEM AND THEY STILL GET IT WRONG,FOR CRYING OUT LOUD THIS IS ON YOUR CEX WEBSITE CEX ,WHY GET IT WRONG ONCE AGAIN

THIS CLEARLY S SHOWS THE SERVICE OF CEX ,IF YOU BUY CEX ONLINE AND YOU HAVE A ISSUE ONLINE EXPECT THIS.

SENT MY FAULTY LG G4 PHONE I SENT IT BACK THEY WAS GOING TO REPLACE IT AND THEN THEY SEND ME BACK MY FAULTY PHONE BACK BY ACCIDENT ACCORDING BY THERE EMAIL,I NOW SENT IT BACK ,THE ISSUE IS STILL HAPPENING AND STILL NOT OVER TODAYS DATE 10 10 2016


I ORDERED 3D ACTIVE GLASSES THATS MADE OUT OF GLASS AND THEY SEND IT IN A JIFFY BAG....broken 3d glasses

REALLY BAD COMMUNICATION SOMETIMES TAKES THEM 2 DAYS OR MORE TO GET BACK TO YOU

Thank you for your review.

I understand your experience of buying from the website hasn't been satisfactory. The staff in our stores normally check and test all products before they're dispatched from the stores, they also make sure that the products are adequately packaged when they're sent with the post. This isn't something usual.

I agree talking over the phone can resolve such issues expeditiously, unfortunately we deal with customer queries only through emails. I can put forth your idea to the management so that things can be brought up to speed.

I have emailed you separately regarding these orders, please reply to it with your comments. You needn't worry, I'll make every effort to resolve the problems you have had with these orders.
