Delivered 18 hours after the schedule!
Was supposed to be delivered the day or night before. Was next on the list to be delivered around 19:08, but no one turned up. No telephone call to let me know what was happening. The next day, 6:07, a voicemail to saying they are arriving within the next 15 mins! Luckily I had not left home for work, and arrived around 7:35. Nice delivery guy. One said he was on the original delivery the day before, said he had 40 deliveries, 7 installations, but usually they only get 2 or 3 installations, so was running very late and was knackered. Very friendly. Feel sorry for the delivery crew, but I would have expected a courtesy call to say they wasn’t coming that day, that became that night, rather than me waiting a whole day and night! Was told it should be customer service calling me but they clock off at 6pm! Not the service I expect for a customer who purchased from Harrods for a premium brand like Miele!
Had the crew arrived on the correct day, and communicated properly, I don’t think I could fault them and the rating would be the opposite side of the scale.
