I accidentally turned on the 2FA…
I accidentally turned on the 2FA without having the app to fulfill the ability to send a code. It took me a couple of weeks of trying to contact Mailerlite via the contact button without success. I was finally able to contact Mailerlite via Facebook Messenger. Within two days, Mailerlite reps removed the 2FA, and I was able to log back into my account. The reps were quick and efficient when I was able to finally contact them, and I appreciate all of the help they were able to give me. Four stars only because it took me so long to figure out how to find Mailerlite on Facebook. Otherwise, stellar work!
