Glasses out of stock
I was ordering Marc Jacobs sunglasses. Gave all my personal as well as credit card details. The next day I received an email from Visual Click saying that the sunglasses weren't on stock and asked me to decide for others. I think it's ridiculous that they show the glasses anyway on their online store - even still now (another week later). If you don't have it put it off your catalog! That's fooling people and collecting personal details.

Thank you for your comment, which we will of course keep in mind for future improvements. As it is indicated in our terms and conditions, we always contact our customers in case an item is not available and offer them the possibility of changing the model for another that is available immediately or cancelling the order and receive a full refund.
In addition, we have a tag system to indicate that an item is in stock so that the customer can know which products are available for immediate shipping. In case the item is not in stock, we offer the estimated delivery time.
