Ordered tyres needed. Will see if fitted at agreed time
Able to order the tyres I needed.
However, a bit concerned as on website no indication that payment went through etc - just reverted to home page with no notification. In addition, then concerned about e-mail statement, after paying - that not a confirmation that agreed appointment time / order is confirmed as dependant upon tyre availablity ! Will see tomorrow !

Thermal lining not remotely black out
Ordered not inexpensive Matiere Nude with additional thermal lining, in recess, assuming this would be similar and superior to the white blackout.
Was surprised that there was more light transmission during day light than my previous old standard white lined roman blinds.
Width fine - nicely compensated to ensure fitted well in recess. However, disappointed that drop length had been shortened more than my given measurement, so similar compensated -0.5 cm gap at bottom of drop.

Ordered a Chimerea - zero customer serice, zero gaurentee
Ordered a Chimerea, competitive price, was delivered promptly. However there was a defective part (Bolt & nut). Notified both Garden4less and Gardeco Ltd (UK Manufacturer of product).
To date, Garden4less has never even acknowledged my e-mail, and Gardeco state they have no record of my purchase & therefore will not replace the defective part.
In summary - zero customer service, zero gaurentee.

Good product
I purchased the Aurora E5 LED downlight warm white to replace Halogen 50W downlights; to reduce draught and energy consumption. Brighter than Halogens, better light diffusion. Each unit has 2 silicone seals and appear to seal void well.
Varilight V-Pro retrofit dimmer works fine with 6 units, but after switching on there is now a notable few seconds delay before lights turn on. Not sure whether it was necessary to change the old dimmer
