I was happy with the price and being…

I was happy with the price and being able to pay monthly as I only have my business during the summer months. When I took out the insurance I never received the policy documents as stated within 24hours. When I contacted them on Saturday morning I was told I would have to wait until next week as nobody could do this over the weekend.

Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review.

I've just had a look at our email logs and can see that the policy documents were originally sent to you 1 hour and 47 minutes after you set up the insurance on our website. It sounds as though they may have been blocked somehow by your junk mail filter.

As you mentioned, we do have team members available to take calls outside business hours (including evenings and weekends), but they can currently only assist with urgent matters such as claims. If they can't help straight away, they will take a message so we can get on to it first thing on the next business day.

wouldn't recommend

I purchased a table which was posted through Yodel. I do not know why they use such a company as I didn't receive it, then had to go to the depot to collect which wasn't actually there. they then quickly delivered it after I had made my 60mile round trip from lowestoft to Norwich unsuccessfully. table was fine, delivery was absolute rubbish. never again

Appalling

I ordered a table from a company who deliver through Yodel. Yodel left a note say nobody was in to sign for the parcel so the next day I left a note on the front door to ask to deliver to ANY neighbour as we both work full time.

The next day I received another card saying nobody was in to leave the parcel. that evening I went online to request that the parcel be delivered to my work address.

nothing arrived at work and when I got home I received yet another card to say that none of my neighbours were in and that it would be returned to the depot (30miles away) as this was their third attempt.

I went online to find a number to speak to somebody but this isn't possible. only an automated service explaining that the parcel has been unsuccessfully delivered and to collect from the nearest depot.

The following day I travelled to Norwich to get the parcel and were told that it was on the van to be delivered today as I hadn't requested that I collect myself.... I still haven't received my item and am fuming.... what a joke of a company
