Used many times, reliable and easy to arrange collection. Good online booking, and when I needed to extend a bag collection date by a few weeks the call centre were helpful in dealing.
Pricing does fluctuate based on available deals, so sign up to their newsletter well ahead of time - you pay on booking, with plenty of time to arrange your collection.

Used them 5 times now, always easy to arrange collection online and no need to be around.
The bags are strong and take a decent amount, follow the guidelines for position/placement and acceptable contents for the bag and never a problem.
Much easier than a skip for me as takes up much less space.

New SWS Excel Garage Door looks good, and works exactly as expected. The compact control unit with automatic light is easy to operate and the remote are simple to use. Registering warranty online was quick.

Easy to arrange, helpful call centre (I spoke to about bag contents/placement).
Bag was delivered the day after I ordered it, collection booked on Friday and collected Tuesday - so quick and within quoted timescales.
Only minor criticism would be pricing, good value (compared to skips or local tip and petrol/time) but not consistent, depends on what deal/offer is on.

Kim and Gill at the Frimley Green branch where excellent in helping make the arrangements including a short notice viewing and some last minute work sorting out the visual tribute. The staff who came to collect my father were very friendly and professional, as was the conductor and his staff on the day. The attention to detail was good, even down to selecting a fitting image for the online tribute page, rather than just going with the default.

Very easy to select and look at details for the product and pay, quick delivery with clear instructions how to activate it via Steam. The website auto-detects which region versions you are eligible for - although I played it safe and purchased the global\worldwide version, same price. Good communication, and easy account admin via website.
