I REPEAT MY REVIEW OF A FEW WEEKS AGO : DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES!!!!!!! THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE IS ABSOLUTELY NON EXISTENT; COMPLAINTS TAKE YEARS, YES, YEARS TO GET RESOLVED AND NOONE BUT NOONE WITHIN THE ORGANISATION HAS ANY SENSE OF RESPONSIBILITY OR A DESIRE TO HELP THE CUSTOMER WHATSOEVER. THEY ARE WITHOUT DOUBT THE WORST COMPANY THAT I HAVE EVER HAD THE MISFORTUNE TO DEAL WITH. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!!!

DO NOT USE THIS APPALING COMPANY...YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!!

DO NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES, USE THIS ENERGY PROVIDER!!!! THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE IS APPALLING!!! I HAVE HAD 18 MONTHS OF SHEER FRUSTRATION TRYING TO GET AN ISSUE RESOLVED AND NOONE BUT NOONE IN THIS DIRE COMPANY HAS ANY DESIRE TO HELP OR ANY UNDERSTANDING OF HOW TO TREAT CUSTOMERS. MY ADVICE TO ANYONE IS TO STEER WELL CLEAR OF OUTFOX THE MARKET. I WOULD HAVE GIVEN NO STARS IF POSSIBLE!

I never normally bother writing…

I never normally bother writing reviews, but on this occasion, I'll make an exception. I was EXTREMELY disappointed with the quality of my print. It was not what I was expecting at all and very different to how it looked online. To be absolutely honest, it looked as though it was just a photocopy on poor quality paper. I had ordered the frame to go with it and this was of poor quality. I presumed that it would be glass but it was just a cheap perspex/plastic cover. This was my first experience of ordering from Desenio and will definitely be my last.

We print our posters on FSC Certified 200g/m2 uncoated premium paper. The paper is age resistant and we have chosen a matte surface without reflections to create a premium feel with no glare. All our frames come with acrylic glass, which is light weight and durable.
