I've banked with FD for more than 30 years and I still think they provide a better service than any other bank. This is enhanced by the fact that they have an incredible call centre, which answers quickly and efficiently. They certainly know what they are doing and are very helpful. It's so refreshing to see an organisation that has hasn't fallen by the wayside over the years.

The products are well made, comfortable fit and beautiful fabrics. I ordered 5 items which were collected in store. One item arrived 2 days after the rest. It would have been useful to have a clear message on the delivery email to say it was a "partial delivery". I would have waited for the last item to collect them all when the delivery was complete.

I received 2 kits for my birthday. The Garden Focaccia & Babka Buns. I don't see myself as a baker but I actually had a lot of fun decorating the focaccia bread and was so pleased with the results from both kits. I will use the focaccia recipe again but reduce the salt. The Babka Buns were a real faff - trying platt dough covered in praline chocolate cream but the result was quite satisfying 😌 😋 I may even give it another go too (using Nutella) 😀

On time and the delivery met our expectations.

The product is great quality and promptly delivered. The postage is quite expensive. 50p for a sample. Some suppliers don't charge for samples.

The FD phone app is intuitive and clear. It's responsive and easy to use. It feels very secure. I do most transactions on the app and regularly use it to check my balances, set up new payees, pay bills and make transfers between my accounts.

Great albums and calendars. Have used Vistaprint many times, including for my wedding album. They also make great presents.

Friendly and efficient service. Good value too for contact lenses compared to the major high street brand which I switched from.

We ordered a gate from one supplier and a ladder from another supplier on the same day and Tufnells managed to consolidate the 2 deliveries to one delivery and we received them both together within 2 days! I didn't expect that. Very impressive!! The only criticism is that tracking information was not available when I clicked on the link in the text.

Easy to use site. Very clear if the product is available in the nearest shop. Quick and clear communication. Quick and easy pick up. Excellent service all round! Will definitely be back.

We ordered coping stones which were delivered carefully and on time. The on line ordering process was pretty straightforward. The quality of the stones themselves varied but in general were very good. We would order from them again.

Very helpful whilst deciding which door to buy. Great communication during the order process. Great customer service when we were unable to install on the agreed date and had to postpone. The installation was very efficient and the installers very helpful, running through how to use and manage the door. We love our Garador garage door. Looks lovely and great quality. Would definitely recommend Clare, Grant and their team.

The on-line buying experience was great. You could see how much of each product was in stock and the navigation was easy and intuitive. The products were clearly described. The stone looks great even though we haven't unpacked all the 8 pallets. The only reason we have scored them 4 and not 5 is because the delivery was not very flexible and the powered pump truck was running out of charge, which made it very difficult for the driver, who did the best he could with the poor equipment he had to shift 8 pallets of stone!! Our builders helped to shift the stone more than would be expected. 4 pallets were left on the pavement and 2 on the road. Given the size of the order, we would have expected more robust delivery equipment. Maybe a hiab delivery should be an option for large deliveries. The driver did as much as he could. We would recommend anyone getting a delivery to be prepared to shift the stone from the pavement as it really is a roadside delivery only with no flex. It's a shame as it looks like a good quality product.

Excellent product. We had beautiful made to measure triple pleat curtains made. They more than met expectations! The tie-backs were a bit big for the length of the curtains, so watch out for that, but otherwise can't fault the quality. The measuring tips on the website were very useful to make sure you get it right.

We had an emergency when we broke our microwave glass rotating plate. We found exactly what we needed on e-spares and it was easy to order and was delivered within the expected timeframe. Excellent service.

We knew which drinks fridge we wanted and found it at a good price on Appliances Direct. The delivery was easy to manage online. We adjusted the date a couple of times due to the kitchen not being ready. Then it was delivered efficiently and as expected. I would definitely use them again.

Very useful, comfortable & quite warm. A bit tight around the ankles but otherwise great. I will probably buy a couple more in different colours to wear with long tops/tunics. It's difficult to find ones that don't make you look like you're going to the gym or ones that roll down so these are great. Great value too.

From start to finish it was a pleasure to deal with Crane Garden Buildings. They kept us informed every step of the way, even through the current difficulties. It is good to see that excellent customer service still exists.

We would definitely recommend getting a reputable tradesman to do the base if you don't order it directly from Crane. They are proper buildings and need appropriate support.
We can't recommend them highly enough.

We were informed by text with a 2 hour timeslot for our delivery. They delivered within that time. Excellent service.
