Terrible withdrawal. Not received

Update - it has been 8 days since they claim my withdrawal was sent to me. They said there’s a delay and they apologise but PayPal have confirmed no money has been sent to me and is pending. They are refusing to ‘resend’ it by any other means.

Money that was sent to an e-wallet that should have been instant, still hasn’t been received 3 days later

They took 8 weeks and 1 day to reply to…

They took 8 weeks and 1 day to reply to a redress claim and it’s been over a week since I accepted and no refund yet. I understand they have 2 weeks to repay, but it really feels like they drag everything out to the very last day in the hopes that you go away.

When I switched a year ago I did so…

When I switched a year ago I did so because I was quoted £96pcm after inputting all my usage figures. I am being charged x4 that amount every month. I want to change suppliers so much but I am in so much debt with bulb that I can’t.
Please explain how a tiny 3 bed house can use over £300 in electric in one month?

I am really sorry to hear that you are paying much more than your initial quoted amount. We regularly payment review accounts to ensure that the usage is in line with the payments that are being made. Are your bills to your actual meter readings? If so - It would mean that your usage is higher than when you originally signed up to us. We have also had two price changes in the last year to electricity so there will be a difference in the amount we are charging you per unit of electricity that you are using.

21 days after my complaint was raised, I received redress; I accepted around 5pm and the money was in my bank 2 hours later.
