Flavours of deliciousness 🤤

Easy to order with good range of choice. Swift delivery in good strong packaging.
I chose Autumn Flavours. Six individual flavours of deliciousness, glad I ordered 12!!!! The plan was to share but that plan was abandoned 😂😂😂. I will be ordering again for direct delivery to a recipient as a gift. I can’t trust myself not to resist!

Not kept up-to date with delay

Not kept up-to date with delay. I booked a visit for 12/052025 the time slot 7-1pm. I didn’t receive any message/call to say anyone was on their way and anticipated time of arrival. 1pm came and went without hearing a thing. I went online and rescheduled the appointment for the same time slot the following day. I rang the engineer to ask where were they and he said delayed but on his way. I told him I had rescheduled as I had to go out. The following morning I received a text at 07.06 to say he was on his way but no estimated time of arrival. 08.22 I rang him to get an idea of arrival time and he said about 45 minutes away. When he did turn up he had travelled from Blackpool around a hours journey away from where I live. I regularly see Home Serve vans around my locality and saw two different ones later that day with the Home Serve livery. This guy was in his own van. Surely he isn’t the only electric shower engineer in the North West? He was pleasant enough and appears to have sorted out the issue for which I am grateful. In this day and age surely he can keep clients better informed of anticipated timings and delays.

Me and my son enjoyed an experience at Mickley Hall School of shooting. Brody showed us how to use an air rifle and we enjoyed shooting at the targets . Brody was very patient and gave good instructions. My adult son has autism and some learning difficulties. He felt very relaxed in Brody company.

I got there in the end

I got there in the end! Well done Ancestry you didn’t give up on me. I eventually got my results after the 4th attempt. You kept me well informed of progress and sent me a replacement kit each time a result wasn’t possible from my sample, thank you 🙏. My only criticism is that each time you sent me an email about how you process the sample, on clicking the link the video was never available 😥.

Lovely gift.

My recipient received her gift and was pleased which makes me happy. The arrived well before I had asked for it to be delivered so the surprise element wasn’t there hence 4 stars instead of 5. Why state delivery date if it’s going to be ignored!

Hi Louise, gosh that was a fast delivery for a rural address! Apologies it was early but this is out of our control. We are advised by NZ Post to allow 3 working days for rural North Island addresses which is what we did to try to time it out perfectly for your birthday surprise. We can see this was delivered the very next day after we dispatched, on a Saturday too which is very unusual. Thanks for the 4 star review despite the earlier than usual delivery and so pleased she loved the gift.

Good selection

A good selection of roses. I chose two different roses for gifts. I had them gift wrapped, came in pink with a bow and a blank inside card for my message. Both roses appeared in good health ready for planting out or potting on. Definitely use again 😃

What more could I ask for?

The flowers I ordered were for next day delivery and arrived speedily, In good condition and I was kept informed of the progress of the delivery. The recipient said the flowers were beautiful, what more could I ask for? 😃
