Initial contact and service was very good however having returned the item I purchased for a refund I suddenly don't get replies to my email.
I don't know if my item has been received (tracking no doesn't work) or when my money will be returned. Pretty bad actually.

Paid for next day service Wed 30th Aug, parcel collected ok.
Thurs 1st Sep 09:05am parcel arrives at Edinburgh West depot. Info from tracking on web site. Parcel sits there all day.
Fri 2nd Sep 08:00am info on web site says parcel is still sitting in Edinburgh 09:00am I call customer services who advise the parcel is "missing" but they will investigate and call me back. 11:00am I try to call them again - line constantly engaged. I email customer services with details 4hrs later email back saying someone will look into it.
17:00pm no phone call - no email - no clue whats happening.
Yes ParcelFarce is about right. Bunch of amatuers.
I would never use them by choice.
