From first contact to the handover of my car everything was straightforward. Stephen is very helpful and knowledgeable about the MG S5 car I was interested in.

Grant responded quickly to my enquiry…

Grant responded quickly to my enquiry and came to do the install of my ev charge point on the day and time we agreed.

Grant did a very professional installation and after clearing up the workspace set up and explained the Hypervolt pro 3 ev settings and software.

I would recommend PowerSurge/ Grant to anyone looking for an ev charger point.

This is the second time I have bought…

This is the second time I have bought shutters from the Shutter Store. I was so impressed with the build quality, value for money and the service received on the first batch that it was really easy to place my second order.

Delivery was fast and efficient and the driver kept me fully informed throughout the process, contacting me the night before with an eta at my home address.

An excellent service all round.

Initial contact and service was promising

Initial contact and service was very good however having returned the item I purchased for a refund I suddenly don't get replies to my email.

I don't know if my item has been received (tracking no doesn't work) or when my money will be returned. Pretty bad actually.

Parcelforce = ParcelFarce. Totally useless

Paid for next day service Wed 30th Aug, parcel collected ok.

Thurs 1st Sep 09:05am parcel arrives at Edinburgh West depot. Info from tracking on web site. Parcel sits there all day.

Fri 2nd Sep 08:00am info on web site says parcel is still sitting in Edinburgh 09:00am I call customer services who advise the parcel is "missing" but they will investigate and call me back. 11:00am I try to call them again - line constantly engaged. I email customer services with details 4hrs later email back saying someone will look into it.

17:00pm no phone call - no email - no clue whats happening.

Yes ParcelFarce is about right. Bunch of amatuers.

I would never use them by choice.
