scam

scam , like the rest of people here i paid £0.95 for a one off use. I went into my account to cancel automatic renewal on the same day. But because that is a scam it looks like you cancel... buy you havent... a 7 days later i get a charge for £39... which they will not reimburse even though i complain to the company within hours of seeing the debit in my bank. Dont waste time with customer service, claim monye back from your bank and report as scam on trustpilot like rest to avoid this.

slow return process but overall better price than rest

Delivery was fast and the item was as decribed. Price was competitive. However upon trying snowboarding boots they were too small for my daughter. So we return them on the same day . Obviously wihtout having been used at all. I sent item in orignal box and packaged on 2 December 2024. It is over 1 month over and no news. EVRI provides not tracking which is convenient. There is no way to contact the company email /chat. hit and miss.. Look at the other comments . This company is a lotery. I guess a very expensive one because i just wasted £ 190 pound on snow boots i still have to buy... Will not use this company again just to save 15 pounts on normal price on internet for same product you can get from a reputable seller that doesnt steal your hard earned money. return for the order #2200190039 i add this number so that you can see this is a real comment not fake crap like most of the others that are used to bump up rating.
This was my original review. However on 16 / 1 / 2025 i got my money back Full refund including postage. Return was slow but i got my money back so will probably use this company again since price is good. I hope that other people that had similar experience but finally got their money back update review so we are fair with company

Problem still not resolved

Problem still not resolved, another £300 pounds charged to my AMEX! company refuses to close account since they are "investigating" also they are using different merchant numbers to by pass controls in AMEX so they can continue to steal my money. stay away very well and elaborate scam system. Also good luck trying to call someone , only email Nicole - if real name keeps asking for detials but takes no action . Same detail again and again. probably a bot.

Scam they have stolen over 300 pounds…

Scam they have stolen over 300 pounds from hacked account via charges to my Amex card. You can't talk to anyone only email for weeks. They are investigating. Stay away if you don't want the most expensive gym membership in the world for nothing

stay away. fake boiler insurance contracts that renew automatically. and will never return your money.

For 4 years I was charged for a boiler insurance I never requested. At the tone of 15 pounds a month out of direct debit. You had my details since I was a prior customer for gas and electricity. When I called up to complain your team said that it was my fault because I should check what money come out of my account. At more than 100 debits every month i don't have time to check for companies stealing my money. I asked if any of the funds could be refunded even the last 15 pounds taken out 1 day ago. And the response your team gave me was no. I also asked for proof that I had requested the service and your team also said no. I have complained to Ombus Man. And have initiated actions via my bank. I will continue until I get the full refund of the money you took without a legitimate agreement. I should try to make money legitimately not trying to rip people off. By the way, I live in a new flat with all the appliances brand new and insured so the insurance you offer me is pointless that's why I never agreed but i guess from your end might as well max out my account when you have my details. A very nice touch also the reminder email to automatically renew every year which you can't cancel unless you spend hours talking to someone.. Again customer service is at its best. I will also post this review on Google so there is visibility of the matter and other people find out.

As a private owner who shares building with paradigm "managed" flats

As a private owner with shared paradigm flats I would avoid buying again any development which they manage.Or should I say pretend to manage since service doesn't exist. No interest in fixing problems their tenants generate when they move out for example leaving sofas , tv, chairs in the rubbish area for the rest to manage.. thanks to paradigm council doesn't collect rubbish anymore since impossible to access bins behind two sets of stinky sofas. 3 weeks calling , email , messages. nothing.

stay away

stay away. they always manage to charge your credit card £9.99 even if you dont use it. I tried to cancel but wasnt able to do it. I changed my credit card number but to my surprise they reached out to visa and got my new card number and kept charging me every month.
I have paid 12 months for service i did not use more than 1 monht.
They offered 30 quid back..

I've gone ahead and issued a refund for the past 3 months of charges you received. This has also reverted your account to Free. The funds should be with you soon, depending on your bank.

stay away

stay away. impossible to return anything even if unopened. once returns millions of emais to get approvals for returns. finally once you return they dont give you our money back. better buy at amazon. same price faster service and no fake retunr policy. see my case below the products were return in the same condition as received, I have the confirmation from dpd that it was signed for by Andy Grenfeld on the 16 Feb 2021.

Ordered a replacement battery for…

Ordered a replacement battery for samsung s9 plus. Claimed it was original. Did not hold charger for more than 2 hours. Followed all the precautions of new battery fully charge and discharge twice before full use. Got worse and worse. Emailed company. Initial emails saying if i had charged the battery correctly? after 8 days email with request to send back faulty battery. since i threw it away because it was crap i lost my money. would not recommend.
