Then once you sign up, you'll get passed from person to person with each one getting less helpful and only then to find out that they flat out refuse to provide their only USP due to their audit. An audit that was never mentioned until after contract had been signed and by the third person I'd spoken to in the company.

Very professional and friendly. From the day of the surgery to the check ups afterwards, everything has been spot on. Yes it's a bit more expensive than going to Turkey but it's worth paying the extra and getting the best treatment all around. Wish I had gotten it done sooner.

If I could give a minus I would. They will block your account whenever they feel like it with ZERO communication. When you ask them about it they tell you that "they will contact you". Not many things in life I regret but opening an account with Natwest is up there.

If I could give a minus I would. I'd recommend that you are better off setting fire to your own money before opening an account with Natwest. I have had more issues in 8 months with these than in 16 years with Lloyds. Clearspend is a joke as well. And I wouldn't bother asking for help or think about raising a complaint when no one will help as they do not care.
