I asked in the morning for a quote, at lunchtime Alex was here. The deal was so good I decided to go ahead, and Alex installed the entire system that afternoon. He explained everything very clearly and the installation was very neat and clean. The next day Max rang from customer service to make sure I understood the system and had no issues. Wonderful customer service from start to finish

Two things struck me when the duvet cover arrived. The first was the softness of the material and the second was the richness of the colour. I chose the navy option but it's not a flat colour. Hard to explain but looks fabulous
