The delayed back-ordered item ended up…

The delayed back-ordered item ended up doubling the original wait time. To be fair, they did split the order and shipped the available items at no extra cost. The quality of the products is mediocre (which I could have expected based on the price). However, one of the items lacked important operational information. Given the price, returning it doesn’t seem worth the hassle.

Warranty processes are from 2000s

I still have an ongoing case of hardware malfunction where I first need to proof the date of purchase with the receipt. It is very disappointing and time-consuming. The worst thing is that it is not the attitude you expect from B&O :(

Convenient service for online payments

It’s ridiculous for me to read all the 1-star reviews here. For Turkey, it’s a very good service with a fantastic value. You get what you pay for, don’t expect premium service for free. I agree it is cumbersome to communicate with support and card delivery was terribly slow. But all in all Papara saved me few times when I needed to purchase online. Now I am constantly using it for subscription payments. They have good cashback and their fees are very reasonable.

No tickets, no service

Please be respectful to yourself and strictly avoid booking via bravofly. They raised price for my low-cost tickets for 30% and they did this after 7 hours after booking!
